Our objective is not only to deliver a perfect cup of coffee but also to attend to the economic, human, and environmental concerns of the society we work for. We have translated it into a concrete action in support of farmers and workers associated with cleaning, roasting, packing etc.
For over forty years we have been working directly with, and contributing to, sustainability projects in support of local communities in Tamil Nadu helping small coffee farmers to improve the local economy, community life (school, working conditions) and environmental protection.
We have the Primary objective of helping coffee farmers to improve the yield and quality of their products, through Training on agricultural best practices thereby encouraging the development of their entrepreneurial skills. We primarily focus on employing our staff from the local downtrodden community to uplift the socio-economic status of the people.
We support young people in their hometowns to enable them to develop their own coffee business. Mainly we promote Gender equality within family and community to enhance and empower women by giving equal employment opportunities. The social status of the families of the employees is uplifted by contributing to their education.
